This beautiful bathroom and master closet remodel in Oro Valley Country Club was designed in-house. Using in house drafting and closely monitoring the construction helps us achieve a high quality finish while keeping the cost to the customer low.
This kitchen remodel and addition gave the entire house a facelift and added an extra room for the inhabitants. The added bedroom, new kitchen and remodeled bathrooms made the home more comfortable and livable while keeping the homeowners cost down.
This addition in Sin Vacas was completed in short time and added valuable square footage and usable space to the current home.

These student rentals were completed on a very tight schedule. The site plan, house plans, and all construction were completed so that the owner could rent them to occupants in time for the fall semester. BCB worked closely with the Owner to implement design features.

Cruz Garcia - President
Cruz founded BCB in the summer of 1997 with the goal of building
quality projects with pride and professionalism. Licensed by the
Arizona Registrar of Contractors, Cruz has been contracting in Arizona
since the early 1980's and has amassed a level of experience in all
phases of planning, permitting, construction, and development. Cruz
has successfully completed various high end commercial and residential
projects over the years and takes a personal interest in each project.

Lucas Rogers - Director of Operations
With over ten years of commercial and residential development and project
management experience, Lucas stands ready to assist the customer from the
inception of the planning stage through funding until the end of construction.
Lucas in a University of Arizona Alumni, with a BS in Chemistry. His attention
to detail and assistance through the process is handled with professionalism
while emphasizing the customer's needs.

Roy "Skee" Robertson - Director of Construction
Skee has been with the company since the beginning. Skee has successfully
finished countless high end homes, commercial projects, and remodels as a hand's
on Field Superintendent since the late 90s. Skee's attention to detail, scheduling,
finishes and budget allowances consistently find him completing projects on time and
under budget. Over the years Skee has successfully completed projects ranging from
small bathroom remodels and HUD rehabilitations to multi-million dollar high end
subdivisions.

David Cubeta - Office Manager & Bookkeeper
David joined the team in late 2007, and is responsible primarily for all bookkeeping,
office management, and banking procedures. A graduate of the University of Phoenix
in Business Administration, his enthusiasm for the company’s progress is evidenced by
his dedication to his task as if it were his own business. David's lifetime of business
and construction experience make him a great contribution to the BCB family.
